Co-founded the Vital Security Exposure Team in 2000 and served as the company’s CEO. Spearheaded a project called "Digital Security Intrusion" after the rampant hacking of networks and systems internally and externally outside the vicinity of the Philippines. His past work experiences include being a former Chief Information Officer of Hye Sung Ind. Inc., Systems Analyst/ Programmer for RACIT Distributions, Security Consultant and Systems Administrator for the National Security Service in Maldives, System Software Expert at RAMCAR, and a Junior Programmer of the Worldwide Technology Systems Institute. Richard utilized his knowledge of software security development in making CaviteOnline.
Graduated BS Major in Computer Science from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas Cavite, Richard was quoted last 2000 by ABS-CBN and regarded as an industry expert regarding network security issues. Furthermore, Mr. Prodigalidad has testified on several occasions regarding the state of computer security in Maldives. |
